Smaller items such as Bedside cabinets/ Cushions/ Lighting which are sent by courier can take up to 7 Business Days for delivery to be completed. 

Medium sized products such as chests of drawers/ Sideboards can take up to up to 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed. 

Large items such as Wardrobes/ Dining Tables, Garden Furniture which may require a 2 man booked in service can take up to up to 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed.

What happens once I’ve placed my order? 

Once we’ve received your order we get to work straight away. Since bespoke orders are produced by hand they will take longer to be shipped than other products. Most orders are shipped within two weeks, though smaller items like tub chair or footstools could be with you within 3 to 5 days – when your items are ready for dispatch our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Yes, all prices quoted on our website already have 20% VAT included.
